Yay me!! I got my annual review (and raise) at work today and I got the highest possible rating my company gives out!
Like, no one gets this rating. My boss rated me higher than I rated myself, even.
I'm happy today. YAY ME! I should buy myself something nice to celebrate...  |

And well... not to toot my own horn too much, but based on my work they are re-grading my current job to an exec level position, so in a sense I'm already getting a promotion, it's just still in the works. I'm quite pleased. My boss is also helping me set up a mentor and helping me find other opportunities as well. But I actually like my job right now. I didn't like my job for sooooo long before this one that I'm kinda happy to stay put for a minute. |
