If you wanna get the full 411 on all of these products, go to their website....
www.ahava.com

It goes into detail about the benefits of the Dead Sea muds and what not....I'm sold on their products because they work...period!! I was in Israel on a training exercise (that got extended to war duty when OIF kicked off in '03) and we were able to go on a tour of different sites there....I met a lady who was 57 years old who didn't look close to 40....turns out that she only used Ahava products....turned me on to some facial cleansers and after shave lotions and I haven't had a shaving bump since....and my face is very susceptable to bumps because I have to shave every day...nod

...but when I'm out of my Dead Sea stuff, I also use the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask....good alternative....

Good to know! Thanks biggrin

I'd love to try those, but there's no place to order on the Web site. pout

You can go to www.drugstore.com and order some stuff there.....from there, they will provide another link for other available products....and last ditch, if you google ahava, there are a couple of retailers that come up in the search...

for starters, I'd recommend the hand and foot creme (must haves for any regimen), the night moisturizer, a regular cleanser and the mud mask....also their bath salts are to die for....granted, its pricey, so buying all that on the first try may induce sticker shock.... eek but I know in my case (and my wife's since she used up all my stuff.. razz ) once I got some stuff, I wanted more and more..... enjoy!!

YAY! Thank you! I have oily skin, so I tend not to use moisturizer, though I really would love to try the face masks and bath salts.

According to my wife, here are some of the benefits of the salts...(I'm chatting with her via gmail right now.....):

skin became smooth
supple
aches and pains went away
it was like using epsom salts
but the oil made the skin soft and it smelled good
good for the feet and rough elbows

in her words she said she felt like Cleopatra...pampered....

as far as the mud mask, your skin will immediately feel tighter and softer....but it won't feel like someone is hanging off the back of your head pulling on your skin.....so you won't walk around looking like you're permanently surprised eek ....works directly on smile lines and crows feet....its potent enough that you only have to use it once every two weeks or so....

No, lately it's been dry. Especially since I've she's developed eczema.

But ....erm... she still has pimples from time to time on her face.
