Lush's "Brazened Honey" Fresh Mask. It burns, but leaves my skin feeling and looking amazing! It also smells yummy. If there's a Lush store near you, I would suggest asking them for a sample.

I go to a skin specialist every say 3 or 4 months- his peels are fantabulous and they are by Cosmedix. But inbetween, since they have just released a new skincare- the company of which i'd been working for for the past 12 months- InEssence Aromatherapy- have a wonderful mask i've been using. It's called "Deep Detox Mask". It has kaolin clay which acts as a purifier for the skin along with Lavender which helps heal, cleanse and clear! It also has Apricot and Green Tea extracts.
I love it coz I am not realy supposed to use anything much out of the reccomended skincare from Cosmedix, but because the essential oils used in this mask are so well refined, my skin loves it. It stops potential spots and breakouts and gives the skin a glow afterwards! It's Australian, but i noticed you can get it from the website. As of after this Tuesday I will no longer be with the company- and i still plug and endorse them! Truly fantastic product though! Gentle and effective! Go to www.inessence.com.au you can order online, i think you can even do so from another country- they'd be stoked to hear from people internationally! No hablo espanol,no!
Pero hablo ingles..ssii muy muy bien... "Come into my world..." Missy Quote of da Month: "yeah, sure, that's cool...wait WHAT?! "

My best advice is this. Over the years I have had major acne problems, to the point my face is scarred and it is visible if I am not wearing any makeup. Over the years I have found that if you have finiky skin and you find one thing that it likes STICK WITH IT. Make up wise I use Mac and at night apply a toner that is by Clarins, which helps to bring my skin back to its normal PH Balance and that helps your skin work better with the makeup you wear.
As for face wash and such I use aveeno products. I sometimes use a mask, but not all that often. The less product I put on my face the better. Hope this helps.

When I first started using it, my skin broke out all over in little red spots. I kept using it and now it's fine. Makes my skin very soft. I use it with the same brand facial soap, toner, and moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive but I like this brand so I just keep it consistent.

I currently use Arbonne skincare products...
http://www.arbonne.com/products/ I've been really happy with the results, but I'm thinking of combining what I like with Arbonne with some of Kiehl's products - one of my clients at work swears by them and they look good to me, so I'm going to check them out... http://www.kiehls.com/_us...index.aspx [Edited 4/8/07 21:17pm]

It's now also in the US, I believe, online at least. They do some good stuff, especially there own brand 'Sanctuary', 'No7' and 'Botanics' ranges. Lots of fancy marmalade body scrubs and stuff. I know far too much about this.

a tad pricey, but well worth it!! Saw this one @ Sephora's site, but Sephora will sell anything I think it got good reviews @ Drugstore.com though If you wanna get the full 411 on all of these products, go to their website.... www.ahava.com It goes into detail about the benefits of the Dead Sea muds and what not....I'm sold on their products because they work...period!! I was in Israel on a training exercise (that got extended to war duty when OIF kicked off in '03) and we were able to go on a tour of different sites there....I met a lady who was 57 years old who didn't look close to 40....turns out that she only used Ahava products....turned me on to some facial cleansers and after shave lotions and I haven't had a shaving bump since....and my face is very susceptable to bumps because I have to shave every day... ...but when I'm out of my Dead Sea stuff, I also use the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask....good alternative.... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

Good skin starts from inside. Take cod liver oil (omega 3 fatty acids help to balance the out-of-whack amounts of omega 6 most people eat and vitamins A and D are good for your skin) and eat naturally fermented sauerkraut (cabbage and salt only) which has a high sulfur content (also good for your skin). We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
