Any recomendations for sunny warm places to live that are outside the U.S. have fairly open imigration, and good human rights?

I think riding my motorcycle thru January ruined Maine for me.

I hear Mercury is fairly warm.

Its high temps but dry, so its not unbearable or humid or anything.
