Titanic
Saving Private Ryan ('Thin Red Line' was MUCH MUCH better in comparison) The entire "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. I'm totally on the side of Randal Graves in "Clerks 2" on this one. The Matrix trilogy. Not a wee bit deep or philosophical despite what the uberhip sci-fi geeks will have you believe. Gladiator. Why this won an Oscar is beyond me. Movie is shite. Braveheart. Passion of the Christ. By the end of the first hour, I was practically screaming, "Just nail the guy to the cross already!" You, Me and Everyone We Know. Why, why, WHY do people lose their shit over this movie? Forrest Gump. I used to like this movie...until I read the book.

Agreed. Not scary, not moving, too "clever" for its own good, etc. SnakePeel said: The entire Lord of the Rings trilogy
Absolutely! There's something about Lord of the Rings that leaves me completely indifferent. I was never interested in the books and then later I had low expectations on the movies. And still they made me disappointed. I think it might have to do with the fact that I can't relate to or enjoy any of the characters. They feel too one dimensional somehow.

there are quite a few already on here that i agree with completely
Pulp Fiction Little Miss Sunshine Lost in Translation Punch Drunk Love i also did not like The Wedding Crashers and the newest one to add to the list, that i watched this weekend and HATED... Borat i am so upset i watched this idiotic piece of crap and that i can never get that wasted time back... you're only as old as you feel..............so how old do i feel
Now that food has replaced sex in my life, I can't even get into my own pants.

Right off the bat.....
Lord of the Rings Trilogy...crap...shite....DOO-DEE... Matrix Revisited/Revolutions....went way overboard on the philosophical nonsense...the first one was good because of the effects and fight scenes..the last two were nothing more than overly long fight scenes with philosophical babble thrown in to kill time between fights..... 21 Grams....still trying to figure out how Sean Penn won an Oscar for that.... Rocky Balboa.....nuff said about an octegenarian boxer coming out of retirement and BEATING the current heavyweight champ.... Borat....a hard call because while I LOVED how he got folks to say the vile shit they'd never have the guts to say to the actual person or group their comments were directed to, his schtick and antics were nearly unbearable to watch... Pretty much anything w/ Leonardo DiCaprio in it (except Blood Diamond..great movie!).... Babel....did nothing for me....felt like I'd wasted almost 3 hours of my life.. anything by M. Night Shyamalan after Sixth Sense....like the first Matrix, 6th Sense was good and it was done better than most of the movies in that genre...after that, the dude just tried to hard to top his "masterpiece"... Napoleon Dynamite and SuperTroopers....movies that came with the "You have to see this, it is so funny" tag, especially from my young troops...I guess I'm too old to get them because they sucked.....they have their moments, but they're just as painful to watch the second time as they were the first..... So many more, but this will do for now..... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.
