I remember when I had to take one of those career compability tests at the employment agency back when I was 19 or 20. It deemed me least suitable for a career in music, as I had ticked the boxes where it said, "I would prefer to be able to speak foreign languages in my job" and "I'm at my best working alone". Yeah, cause those are skills a person in the music industry is obviously not going to need.

Well, maybe they were right afterall. What I ended up making doesn't qualify as music to many people's minds.

I think I was most suitable for a career in the army (you know, me being a pacifist and everything). The funniest part is the advisor seriously started talking me into a career in "designing album coverart" instead. Cause you know, it's hard to make it as a musician. Of course it mattered nothing to her that there doesn't exist more than a handful of mprofessional album cover art designers in the whole world. But a profession in the music industry at the music end was so unrealistic.

And all I seriously aspired to be was a damn producer and a songwriter, not a frickin' starlet.
