Wow! That's awesome! If my man had his own night to cook, he'd probably let a pot of water boil away as he surfed the internet. lol

I love eating out but it's not easy now with a little one, we get delivery a lot! Chinese, indian, fish and chips, pizza. Too much these last efew weeks. But we both love to cook and really like a nice meal in, get great wine without spending eatout prices, and just sit and chat in private after the cooking is done. Proabbly prefer this, but rarely have the energy these days.

I prefer eating out but I love cooking for people. There is nothing more satisfying then seeing someone enjoying the food you have slaved over.

I agree. But I get pretty bitchy when they DON'T eat it! When I see my boyfriend walk the plate over to the computer, and let it sit there while he dinks around, I want to scream!!! mad

I always go 2 town when I cook, I don't care 2 hear compliments, but some sign of appreciation always happens.

Eating out, probably 5-10 times a week. I'd love to be able to cook at home, but the kitchen does not inspire one to even step foot in there, let alone cook. Besides, everybody eats out here because it's cheap and tastes better, and many people eat nearly all of their meals out.

OUT... but I'm a homebody, I like staying in & nesting. So I'll heat up some shit (Trader Joes, frozen bullshit) but I won't necessarily "cook" lol

I probably actually put a dish together twice a month confused But I only eat out 2-3 times a week shrug

I personally prefer my hubby's cooking over mine ( he is actually a wonderful cook), so with certain meals, I would much rather have a home cooked meal ( minus the clean-up mess) Occasionally we do go out. Those nights are nice too. My hubby prefers my cooking to his, guess cause we flavor food differently. On the weekends that we have all 6 of our kids, I tend to have the kids clean the kitchen. giggle..is that wrong??

Not wrong at all!!! I have two teens and trust me, if it was legal, I'd put a yoke on both of them....but they have expensive tastes too, so it works out well for all involved..... lol

Can you believe I almost fucked up a simple chicken dish??? lol I should have made the wine/broth ratio more in favor of the broth (too much wine!). But I was able to save it, it's actually pretty good.

And I made curry eggplant, so I cooked TWICE this weekend - that's a record for me biggrin
