Now since I've stopped smokin' I've had a taste of blood in my mouth. Spitting and coughing have made me no wiser, I never see any blood. My plan is to wait and see for anothere 2 weeks, then I'll got 2 a doctor, ( or maybe start smokin' again(just kiddin')) Why?  Feels like i've got a little heartburn, the taste is usually faint. Maybe my tastebuds r flippin' out due 2 not smokin', I don't think it's a cause 4 major alarm, I been eating eating healthy 4 many years and I'm usually very sporty. Do wish the taste would go away though. | |

calcium deficiency may be the cause. don't mean to alarm you but the first symptom of the herniated disc in my neck (disc was out of alignment, pinching the nerve to the thumb) was muscle spasms in my thumb. | |
