Indeed they are. i tried it once. its excellent when it comes to excercising. i wish i kept up with it. me and a friend did it for one day. the next day literally every muscle in my body was sore and i gave up. oy vey  | |

Theyre the most similar to the Thais in S.E. Asia I reckon. | |
