Well...I just got back from an involuntary working vacation. I spent Saturday, Sunday, and a good chunk of today stuck at the place I work at. The room I ended up in was nice, and I had lots o' fun in the arcade, but still...SNOW SUCKS!! I didn't even have my car cuz it was sitting at home, buried under a 6 ft snow drift...ARGH. All in all, the area got over 10 inches of snow, I can't wait till spring!



Ok...rant done

I hear it's a mess up there. People had on shorts today here. It's not so hot right now, but earlier today temps. were in the mid 60's. I hate it. I like cold winters and mild summers. I want some snow days here, but I think it's a little too late for that the way temps. are gonna be for the next few days.

Snow is nice, it's slush that sucks.

It could have been worse. They had 30 inches of snow in Winona, MN.

oh man, I just saw snow for the first time in, like, 16 years.

its also the reason why I spent 6 pm - 4 am flying from boston to tampa on sunday.

omg, i HATE slush! there's a bunch of slush puddles at every single curb by my house that i have to either hop over or find some way to wander around them if they're too big. it also doesn't help that the soles of my boots are starting to crack (i've had them for about 5 years now--i'm overdue for a new pair), so whenever i step in some slush a little bit of it seeps through my boots and makes my feet all wet n'cold.

it's been a very pretty day with all the snow falling but man, it's crazy outside now.

my office is closing early today...we all get to leave at noon due to the incoming snow storm (yeah, minnesota's getting more snow)!
