Goodness! I just saw this on the local news here in NY and was freaked out. Guess what, I used to EAT at THAT exact location where the Dept of Health has videotape of rats running along tables and chairs at the Taco Bell/KFC on West 4th in the Village.

I used to get soft tacos there like a year ago. Sit and eat in there and everything.

GROSS.AS.HELL. I definitely won't be going back. Plus, my homemade tacos taste better!

I mean living in L.A. my siblings and I literally grew up on Taco Bell. There's Taco Bells alllll over that region. In NY and the midwest, I notice Taco Bell isn't as established and is kind of a novelty.

I won't lie, I really don't have time to cook so after work a lot of times I just go into these places. But lately I've been treating fast food, in general, as a last resort. I've discovered more alternatives over the years and I've changed quite a lot.

Oh yeah, and the Mom & Pop Mexican places out here are FARRR better than Taco Bell. I can get a fajita freshly made, fresh tacos, fresh mexican rice. I just found better options the longer I've been out here.
