I'm watching Silver Spoons on On Demand. I loved that show as a teen in the 80's "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

Ain't nothing wrong with that - I'm the same way. To this day, I've never used an ATM, I refuse to get a debit card, and I still write checks by hand(no online banking for me).

I agree that TV shows were more entertaining back then. There's really not very many shows I watch these days. And for music, I listen to 80s music or the Beatles at work 90% of the time. The other times I'm listening to Doctor Who stories on CD.

I love 80's music too. Love the Beatles' music as well, I grew up on it. I had an older brother who was an avid fan, and played their music constantly around the house. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Don't think I've ever watched that show. I watched it partially for Erin Gray. I kinda had a little crush on her during her Buck Rogers years.

I know I'm old school when I'm singing along to 'The End Of The World' by Skeeter Davis.

Old school I guess I mean in the way of liking stuff that dates back to the 70's (my childhood) and 80's (early adulthood). Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong are a bit before my time. But if you like them, that's cool. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
