They are with my parents, one of them is very old and needs special care. 2 of my cats and my bunny are finally coming here this weekend now that the new place is finally all painted and done. Do you really trust the cats to be around Hannah? And what about Miles? Does he know how to pet her gently? And I so told you I had rabbits. Remember me saying that one of them died a week or so ago?
I am sincerely sorry, but I don't remember that either. Are you 100% sure that it was me you said it to? Hannah is 6 years old, my cats are 3, 10 and unknown (she was a rescue but I've had her for 8 years). They've always lived together and never had a problem. Miles has grown up around animals his entire life, they are no big deal to him at all....and yes, he knows how to touch them gently. He even says, "gentle" when he does it. I thought I told you, I also talked about it in a couple of threads.

She totally looks like a baby. Dorothy looked like that when she was less than a year old. Awww, he's such a sweet boy! I thought I told you, I also talked about it in a couple of threads.
I honestly think I would have remembered if you told me. And I'm 99% sure I didn't read those threads. Sorry about that, and my sincere condolences for your loss, of course. It feels terrible when pets die.

It feels terrible when pets die. No prob. Yeah, Hannah is super tiny. I love Holland Lops, they are like little puppies, even in the way they sit. So adorable. I'll take more pics of her this weekend to show you.

How sad!! i know but he was such a spaz god i loved him! he'd hide behind a door when you're walking past it and he'd dart out and beat your ankles with his paws or try to trip you and then he'd dart back in he was a very active and playful cat...but was bitchy too he also used to hop around like a bunny, only sideways

Or maybe I have, but they never mention. It's just as rare to me as blue oranges. But an incredible sweet thought as well. It's a beautiful bunny btw.

PS: now that you've mentioned basenji's, i just love those
i'm considering perhaps getting another pup next summer, and basenji's crossed my mind. but i haven't looked into them to thoroughly yet and the only thing i know is that they look absolutely adorable, lol. so what kind of dog is it in respects to character? i suppose they need a lot of physical stimuli since their legs seem to be built for long walks and lots of running. not that i'd mind because i spent about 2 hours actively walking a day with my current dog. 30 mins mornings, 30 mins at 5pm and about an hour again at 9pm. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

M yup, they certainly do. it wouldn't surprise me if they did get mixed somewhere in history. it would appear that the corgy's were specifically bred for the short legs and good sense of smell to allow them to hunt small game, like hares, foxes, rabbits and rats, close to the ground or in underground tunnels and holes. the basenji seems to be a branch from that same pedigree that was bred as more of a hunter for larger prey since they have nice long legs for great speed and good vision because they are high from the ground. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
