What do you mean?

Like the men are actually upset that even the women in mags are not the perfect specimens that they feel they should be?

I actually noticed that too.

There's a cynical side to me that says this is an ad campaign anyway. It's made to appeal to a certain demographic and ultimately sell something. Makes you wonder if they even believe what they are promoting. lol

i guess my personal interpretation of it is that
for some of the men its more about how beauty is fake
and for some of the women it is more about how we should accept ourselves

just interesting to note the difference in the reaction to it

Actually I don't think she was beautiful before or after.

It's a pretty cool video, but I have seen nothing I didn't know yet. I think I posted this one a couple of years ago: http://glennferon.com.nyu...index.html and that's actually only showing what can be done by retouching the pics.

Oh, it's totally an ad campaign. But, the end result is the same...it makes you think...and that's good. smile

At the beginning she seems so bitter to me but then by the end I can tell she is more heartfelt and genuine inside.

5 lbs of make up and photoshop really brought out her inner beauty, didn't they?

Women set certain standards that men can't attain either. I mean, they expect us to be funny, smart, attractive, caring, and nice--none of which we ever really are. shrug

The only reason we don't buckle under their demands for who we should be is that ultimately we know they're personal hangups and extreme low self-esteem will cause most of them to settle. shrug

Gay men must be totally fucked then. shrug

I remember this. Why did they make Vida Guerra's butt bigger? lol Like it was really necessary.
