Do you find yourself sometimes soo overwhelmed..

..that it hurts to breathe?

Either way really..

but for me right now.. kinda in a bad way.. I am just remembering some things and all of a sudden my lungs have closed up.. sad

I practice yoga....but it does require breathing!

I also eat no red meat, stay away from sugars, salts, etc.

Exercise is the trick, though.

Reading and following the Dalai Lama's advice is a good start: treat everyone and everything with kindness and compassion. Hatred, jealousy, and negative thoughts take too much energy.

after 3 days of no sleep and TR's cancer surgery I was on the 45 mile drive home from the hospital to ready the house for his return the next day

I was having a very hard time breathing and very overwhelmed...

I called my dad and he talked me through the drive home

yes...i have many times in my life been in overwhelm enough to cause trouble breathing
