For me it's spending tons of money on new clothes because the ones I had are getting too tight...only to think that "Hey if I did a little excercise, I could save money" Because what's worse...getting fat and spending money on new clothes that fit or doing the same to only lose the weight and then you'd have wasted money on new clothes that now are too loose.

thank you! though i'm not out of the forest yet. i am a big believer that you have to do something three times for it to become habit.

this could mean three gym visits in a row.
or three weeks of regular gym visits.
or...

i usually tend to figure out what the "three" is retroactively. lol
