No...too scared. Plus, no one in my family (immediate or extended) nor any of my friends have ever had it. It's just not part of my world.

I was consideing getting a ball lift...The boys haven't had that carefree bounce since 96.... clever clever quotation - attention getting quote - sad yet witty remark - look at me! Im deep quote- song lyric about my ex cause that bitch stole my mp3 player! - line from movie I liked - Prince lyric - not very clever sig mocking other sigs

i have a plastic surgery savings account. that does not include the eventual botox treatments. i take very good care of my skin - lots of moisturizers, face and eye creams, and tons of water - but i fully expect to get a face lift at some point. i'm 30 now and feel very happy with my appearance. probably around 50 i'll get some touch up work done, but it's about appearance and not necessarily age. i'd prefer to be able to put it off as long as possible.
however, i'm already thisclose to getting lipo for the love handles. nothing works, and i've tried. i don't have a gut and i don't have rolls. i'm actually pretty fit. i just can't lose the damn love handles! i went to a consultation in october but with my school schedule i won't have the time to accomodate a surgery until may.

nope. i look about ten damn times better now than i did when i was a young'un, so i'm just gonna let old age be my plastic surgeon, cuz it's doing a fabulous job so far.

Yup.
Nose job, lipo on my arms, and boob lift in a few years And I'd take restylane injections in my fine lines.

Already have. Not making any bones about it. Professional women are working longer (retirement age keeps going up) and in some competitive fields appearance matters.
My reasons were different. I feel good, take care of myself, and want to continue to look good,at least for the next 10-15 years.

I wouldn't do it. I prefer to age gracefully.

what's graceless about upkeep? do you allow your car to age gracefully? your clothes? i'm not saying your wrong or i'm right but the use of the word "gracefully" always comes off like a "holier than thou" sort of comment in the plastic surgery conversation.

psychodelicide said: Why or why not? Discuss. No. I don't think it makes you look better. I think it just makes you look like you had plastic surgery. The celebrities who've had it, Have the money to hire the best surgeons, And they still wind up looking like space aliens.

Ex-Moderator | I'll want a boob lift in a few years. And I've always wanted to get rid of my double chin that I've basically had since birth, no matter my weight. I hate it. |

Hell no! | |

Only if I was seriously burned or mutilated due to serious injuries from a car accident. Other than that never. Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

I was going to get a breast reduction, but the girls seem to have settled

I would not be too afraid to do something aboutt he stuff I am insecure about.
I got the sacks under my eyes that will get worse with age. I would not mind doing something about that.

I always said no, cuz I'm like soooo afraid to get cut open. And I never wanted implants or anything cuz I'm afraid of having something foreign in my body.
.....BUT I've been doing a lot of thinking about breast implants lately, and I'm seriously considering it.

Sounding "holier than thou" was not my intention. Its some phrase I've heard people say when they don't want to have plastic surgery. I am not telling anyone what to do or reproaching anyone for choosing to do it.

oh....the why....because I'm just content enough with the way I look to not change a thing. I'd feel like I was cheating by getting cosmetic surgery. People would be complimenting me on this or that and I'd feel sorta guilty knowing that it's not natural looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)
