Who is your favourite Grandstand presenter

I haven't a clue what Sportscentre is, so here's a thread for all the British orgers...

Do you like Steve Ryder or Ray Stubbs?

Perhaps you have a crush on Cliff's old flame Sue Barker or one of the typist girls who used to be in the background?

What about the good old days of Des Lynam or even David "Remarkable" Coleman?

Or my own fave David Icke, who went off the rails, amd started believing he was the Messiah wearing a turquoise velour tracksuit? omg

Pochacco	Anyone remember the French and Saunders Grandstand sketch? Both of them typing away and generally being silly in the background behind Des or maybe it was that other guy,bloomin hilarious !!! Much Love Pochacco

Essence	Ray Stubbs seems down to Earth and friendly whereas Steve sly and sinister and presents the sports I switch off for. I only watch Football Focus and Athletics focus. Never thought this topic would be started at P.Org.

I don't like ray Stubbs any more.I saw him interview Eamon Dunphy who was the ghost autobiographer of Roy Keanes new book during the world cup and he virtually told Eamon to fuck off and cut him short on every qanswer.I like Steve Ryder,he always seems so "happy",plus he commentates on the golf which can't be too bad.I also liked Terry Venebles when he was commentating during the World cup for ITV.Des Lynam is still the king though.
WHatever happened to Elton Welsby who used to present midweek soccer on ITV?Gary Lineker is good for match of the day too.

I couldnt care less about Grandstand, but Gary Lineker is my favourite football presenter.

Hes about 43 and is still incredibly cute. Hes got a cute voice and his smile...well, its just so cute innit.

And everytime I see his under brushed hair with the grey poking through underneath I get a throbbing in my Mark Lawrenson boxer shorts.
