I'd want to spend a few years in San Francisco, a long bit of time in Florence, Italy, some time in Amsterdam and have a home base between the UK and Minneapolis.

I'm basically a city girl so I would choose:
NY- I miss it a lot
London- would love to spend more time there
Montreal is a wonderful city too

Places I love in the country are :
Cornwall England- heaven on earth!!!!
Northern Ontario- way north past the end of the road, simply gorgeous
If I could spend a lot of time in each of these places, I'd be happy.

1) If there weren't wars, and if I didn't miss my family and culture too much, I'd live in the Middle East. I am magnetically drawn there and I feel like I belong in the desert. I've never felt so at peace as when I spent time in Jerusalem. So I'd say Jerusalem, inside the walled city, maybe in a convent. biggrin

LA or New York. Toronto is boring and the quality of women is not good for the most part.

I'd live where I live (rural England) but I'd probably also have a London pad.
