on word of mouth from the most?if you went to your friends&said how is so&so which One do you ask the most from your friends? for me it's Easily Movies.Word of Mouth hasn't failed me yet on a film.Thoughts:

i'm very selective about the movies i'll see, which is why it's been a very long time since i saw one that i thought was just plain crap. and my friends have different tastes than i do.

as for music, i have to discover something for myself most of the time before i'll even give a friends' suggestion the time of day. i would like to thank my good friend fred for turning me onto Mercury Rev, though.

Movies - I think that music is a more personel choice.

uhh...i dont know how to answer this.for the most part i dont listen to the radio or mtv/bet/vh1...so the majority of my music collection is based on "word of mouth"...but then i sorta do the same with movies too...but, the good thing about movies is that even if its an indi film, there are great resources out there to do homework on them...unfortunatly music doesnt have an equal...but then, theres so much music out there i guess its impossible...

Movies - amd I take into account the taste of the person also.
Music - I only listen to Prince; at least my friends think so. I'm the Radio Raheem of Prince fans...
