Ehm, I don't know if other lifeforms come around to visit us. I do think the universe is one fucking big place for us to be the only lifeforms in it. I also think it'd be thoroughly dull if it were.

I saw one. I was in a plane, we were about to make our descent into Oakland CA and I look out the window and see a silvery blue disc flying really fast in a perfectly straight line parallel to the plane not far outside. I was craning my neck like hell but I watched it until I couldn't see it anymore. Quite strange!

Lots of pilots see UFOs too but they're actively discouraged from reporting them (my husband used to work in aviation). But UFO's don't necessarily mean life from other planets. I think a lot of sightings are probably experimental aircraft, personally.
