Yes. Stress can do amazing things to your body. I've had a neck/back/shoulder injury for almost two years now, and now that I'm finally healing, stress, tension, physical activity, (not to mention too much time on the computer) can make it worse and bring everything back.

Is it your mouse arm?

Yep. Mine will do that if I stay in one position for too long. It's a nerve thing. Does it hurt though?

Do you work in an office or a place surrounded by co-workers you want to stab every time you look at them? If so, the twitching may be your shoulder signalling your arm that it may be time to start stabbin'.... lol

Nope, just twitchy.

Maybe you just need to get up once in a while and rotate it. Gently do some circles with your arm to get everything moving again. nod

I've had this problem (although mine was very painful as well) for a long time and when I lay down on my back, or something pushes into my back, my right arm will start flailing all over the place like a fish dying on a table. lol It has something to do with a nerve being pushed on.

Maybe your chair is hitting your upper back in a weird way. hmmm

The trick is to not ecourage it nod

..Try not to shiver... or make any sudden movements otherwise the twitch will think you are playing rolleyes

..In fact the best way to treat it is to have your arm set in plaster so that it is permanantly raised straight above your head.

...This will lull the twitch into a coma and it will cease to be dove

..There are a few drawbacks... walking through can be a major hazard... and sleeping can be a pain as well confused

seriously though, I get that from time to time after a really strenuous shoulder workout...or if I'm doing some particularly demanding physical labor...for me, stretching and rotating the arm works a bit, but in the end it usually just goes away on its own....

at least your eye isn't twitching too....whofarted
