Now, finally, some chillin' after a hard day's work of shopping and boozing.

Whilst Herman dries himself off after a late nite shower, I am using his computer.

Bless him, he let me sleep in.

The day consisted of:

* eating croissants, drinking coffee and talking random stuff

* going into central Amsterdam, walking around various shops (Herman nearly bought a FABULOUS coat, a set of teacups and a washing basket )

* going for a coffee/apple pie in a local coffee shop

* meeting his wonderful friend Jessica, going for a meal in a lovely French restaurant

* meeting his friend Michael and visiting a few bars (first time I've heard B*Witched and S Club 7 in ages )

* coming home to hit the sack and start all over again tomorrow


I've had a fantastic day - the best bit getting to know Herman even better and seeing him on his home turf.

And, as far as I know, there are no pictures circulating yet.

Herman's sitting on his couch reading a book, cuddling up to Dee Dee whilst I play around on his computer. Last night I saw his entire music collection... Christ!

VERY impressive. He showed me his books, albums, comics, etc.. Today, we went in a comic shop and as we left, the salesman said "Go get 'em Herman" even though Herman has no idea how the guy knows his name. It's like being with a Dutch celebrity.
