I become more and more misanthropic by the day. What should I do? Assuming a shack in the woods is out of the question as an option for me at this juncture.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

doctor purplerein there's something freaky about the new year holiday, imo.

the image of the year's end is an old man and the image of a little baby represents the beginning of a new year. okay fine. i get that the old man is the year's end and the little baby is a brand new year, and i understand that at the tick of midnight the old guy transforms back into the baby.

what bothers me is just exactly what happens to the old guy's clothes go when he poof! changes back into an infant? one second he's an old guy in a cowled robe then presto! chango!@ he's a tiny little baby in a loincloth.

so what gives???? are his clothes reborn too? and if so, does that have implications for other inanimate objects on planet earth? rebirth as a cycle of their existence? eek
