i need some cheering up, please. Me too. I'm the same way every year though. I have S.A.D. You know, that seasonal affection disorder shit or something. Goodness. I've been diagnosed with something you'd think I know what it was...anyway...it has to do with the sun being out less so that means I don't get that many endorphins running through my body as I would in the spring or summer, which in turn keeps me feeling muggy. So while it's still warm out I try to catch as much sun as I can. Body messager? Please
