I've gone down about 2 dress sizes since April due to work-related stress. confused

What's the Org Fit Club?

I could use a little toning here, there and everywhere. Within the past two years the mirror shows me that there are creases where there weren't creases before(I have a new one on my foot of all places!) and saggage where there wasn't saggage before.

My family and friends know, as do I, that I am afraid of growing older. I dread it and am frightened by it. They know and love me for the fact that I will more than likely cry all the way through it. But, I will do whatever my laziness allows to fend it off a bit.

Help.

I need to get in on this! Problem is, me and exercise don't get along! sad I need motivation and/or someone to move my body about to exercise it for me!

Congrats to those who are on their way to getting fit!

Wow. That was a little lengthy! Yikes! I think I should just go to bed.

I've basically been maintaining for the last two months. It's a little frustrating. To go so far and then just stop. At least I'm not gaining.
I'm lacking motivation to sort of step it back up. Fall and winter always do me in.
sigh

comfort this is perfectly normal. just focus on maintaining for a while, and the weight will start coming off again. nod

Thats it, Gym tonight, It would be good to have a fitness motivation thread on here. Ever since junior came along I think I have been to the club twice, the love handles and beer belly are becoming a real issue, time for them to go!!

and i mean it!

really!

Or maybe I will just get home slump on the sofa and watch the second episode of Galapagos with a beer and a curry.

pout
