Uzie and I were riding down in the elevator together with my neighbour David and his five year old son Alvar. Now, it has taken damn near 4 years for me to make Alvar realise that Uzie's not dangerous, now he's been relaxed and able to ride in the elevator with us etc... when we reach the ground floor the automatic solid steel door opens and outside is the fucking german shepherd bitch (in all ways ) who attacked Uzie once before, she's with her two owners and..... OFF THE LEASH!!! Now, Uzie and I were as far into the elevator as we could, against the back wall. Alvar and his father and Alvar's stroller were between us and the door, so they got caught right in between when the shepherd lunged at Uzie in a rage! David got Alvar out right quick but Uzie and I had nowhere to go, the fucking dog just grabbed Uzie over and over with her jaws and shook her. The owner tried to grab the flea collar but it came off, it didn't even have a proper collar on! I tried to kick it but it was too close quarters, I didn't hold Uzie back cos all she tried to do was defend herself. eventually the owner got a hold of the fucking dog and Uzie and I could get out. I found two bite marks on her as well as fur on the elevator floor, but thankfully she seems to be ok. However, I've had enough of this dog, it's insane too cos even when Uzie gives up it'll just attack over and over, it lacks normal dog language skills. So, I called the police and reported it, readily admitting that Uzie wasn't on a leash either but that it wouldn't have made a difference, we were pinned against the elevator wall. Neighbour David told me he'll testify that Uzie did NOTHING aggressive too, so that's good.
I don't think much will come of the police report but all I really want is for them to either move away or put a muzzle and leash on their dog. Now I just think of poor Alvar, he broke down twice his dad told me. All that therapeutic work Uzie and I did for him is now null and void, he won't understand that dogs are different personalities. I see another four years ahead, at least. Poor kid

Poor Uzie, I can understand how you feel. If my dog is even threatened by another dog I am so angry, especially if they are not on a lead.

Thanks all for caring, Uzie'll be ok. I filed a police report, and I'm gonna file a complaint with my landlord Monday. I want that dog GONE!
