I would change that I think it's okay to live unhappily just cuz that seems like the right thing to do.
And I'm working on being more honest with myself and others, wether it hurts or not.

Exactly. I'm exactly the same way. With everything. It is something I'd like to change. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I am working on my perceptions of pain ... both physical and mental pain
and how not to manifest it into my body but to embrace it and release it

I would like to be less of a know it all, and not so good at arguing I'm far to good at arguing...taking things too far

ooh me too! Mine already packed up and left in a huff long ago. We can have B1tch's liver. We'll get a time share on it or something. Or we could just borrow it, ruin it, then stitch it back in when she's sleeping.

in all areas or ? Not all. Some I have sorted completely. I mean cigarettes (still can't quit completely), alcohol (I don't drink a lot, but I could always be drinking less), exercise (should be doing more), patience and understanding with my wife (sometimes I know I'm pretty much a saint, but I could still be better), and spiritually (meditation, stretching, studying - all things in my daily routine I let slide from time to time that I know help me and yet I don't stick to as rigourously as I could).

i'm trying to change my temperment...my patience, and my mind -- in the sense that i need to calm it down when it's not totally needed...
ok, so that came out wrong i worry too much, about everyone, especially chris being that he's so far away... and i need to stop allowing my mind to run off in a blurry huff all the time.. the time is now.

I would like to learn to be happy with what I have rather than worry constantly that I won't have anything when I'm older. I need to live for today more.

I wouldn't be as nice. | |

This sounds like several things, but. . . laziness/lack of discipline/procratination/depression. . . they feel like they all come from the same part of my personality. There's this motivation switch that seems to be 'off' a lot. Would love to know how to change that.
'Till then, I fake it, and seem to manage ok. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!
