In all sincerity, no. I read it years ago as a tip from a lover, and I found alot of his viewpoints to be totally unaligned with my own or how I wanted to express myself as a woman. Try reading one of the others written by chicks instead- as they'll speak to you from the point of view of actual feelings as they've experienced them. I know for myself, when I'm curious to find out tasty tidbits about how a man's mind works or how I can be a more effective partner to them, I generally do not consult other WOMEN, I go straight to the source and consult other MEN
