Apparently it is! I almost forgot! Make sure you use less salt and more herbs today.

Thank God I was reminded by the radio announcer or I may have made a grave recipe mistake!

I'll be sure to use more herb when I get home.

I sprinkle salt on absolutely nothing.

I'm a salt FREAK!
I used to pour salt in a sanwich bag and poke a hole in it and suck on it on the school bus.

There's no need to really. Herbs are great. And they flavor fries or potatoes just as well as salt.

I've just kind of grown to think it taste nasty. I don't even add it in recipes unless it's essential.

I use Lawry's sometimes....but I have never used Mrs. Dash.

use as many fresh ones daily as you can

How is Cilantro to grow? Or parsley? Oregano?

i LOVE rosemary and have 3 types growing like weeds at this point

also peppermint spearmint and this killer citrus mint

I collect different types of salt.
I have the usual table and kosher salt, flaked salt from Wales, pink salt from Israel, sea salt from France, black salt from Hawaii, bamboo salt,smoked salt, and velvet de Guerande salt which is powdery gray.
They all have different flavors and textures, it just takes a little bit to make a big difference.
We all NEED a little salt in our diets, might as well enjoy it.
