My flatmate is annoying the piss out of me. 
After being friends for 4 years, he told the landlord he was moving out before he told me, I was like  --> 
Now he just plays music ridiculously loud, in every room, and at every time. He wakes me up in the morning,  and right now he has a friend over and theyre shooting things up on a computer, or watching a film, but his door MUST be wide open becuase it is soooo loud! Im sitting right next to my stereo and I cant hear it!
For that reason I cant wait to move out, even though I have to move in with my mother and I loved this flat  | |

I used it on my last 3 roomates. I rent a room out in my house, and i've been able to screen interested parties. My last 3 roomates have been great. | |

I used it on my last 3 roomates. I rent a room out in my house, and i've been able to screen interested parties. My last 3 roomates have been great. 
I only want to live with people I know already! Good idea though! We've been fine for 2 years, hes just... possessed

I've been in your house and can imagine how the noise must be  Its not usually that bad, because the walls are so thick, you have to turn it up pretty damn loud to annoy me...
Im gonna get him back - I get up 3 hours earlier than him to go to work - if hes gonna wake me up with the bathroom radio on Sundays Im gonna keep it at that volume all week!  | |
