Don't blame Canada!

Top 12 reasons Canada is so-so

12 - Rockin' that sporty winter look 6 months out of the year
11 - The only "other" country to win the World Series
10 - The fabulous song stylings of Bryan Adams
9 - The second through sixth albums by Corey Hart
8 - Celine Dion...Canada's superstar sweetheart for over 14 years
7 - Those wonderful kids from Degrassi
6 - Cursing and some full frontal on prime time TV
5 - Everybody knows how to do "The Safety Dance"
4 - The true culinary piece of art known as "poutine"

and the top three.....

3 - Not despised "as much" when traveling in Europe
2 - Money is conveniently color-coded for the number impaired

and of course

1 - giggling at the way Americans say "about"

I happened to bump into a couple of Swiss tourists last week, and all I could think was "you travelled all the way from Switzerland...for this???"

Canada's ok I suppose, eh!

But it was too cold for me. Similar to Australia and America culturally, but without the good weather and normal ways of talking and stuff.

No wonder since the "World" Series is only open to North American teams. The real world championship of baseball is the World Baseball Classic where Japan is the current title holder. Cuba finished in second place and the US made it to the quarter finals. So there. smile

Do it up then. Don't think you have to stay here.

I have no interest in moving to another country. I like it here, even if we are the leaders in shitty tv, movies, and music.

If I had to move out of Canada I would probably move to England.

My dad is not Canadian, he's Scottish...so would that mean I could move to the UK without needing a visa or anything along those lines?

I really have no idea about any of this stuff.
