So, was the movie actually good? I was thinking about seeing it this weekend.

Can't have. . . well. . .

Financial security. I feel like it's a million years away, and such an abstract/impossible thing that I've been completely irresponsible lately, thus pushing the actual reality of that security even further away. sigh

And, I would like to have the option of marrying the love of my life, but I don't, 'cause my government is backasswards.

Oh, and since you mention it, some Prada. lol A Prada bag and pair of shades would totally rock my world. cool
oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

Darin, Denny and I all really enojyed it. Cute, fun and Meryl Streep was FABULOUS!! So was Stanley Tucci.
You know my favorite part was the fashion, so I just won't even get into that bit. sigh

According to Ace "buddhist thought believes that unhappiness stems from desiring what you do not have or having what you do not desire. Strip away desire and possessions," <--- and herein lies the answer to happiness.

material things are only temporarily gratifying. the only thing i don't think i will never have is financial security and frankly i'm quite okay with that. i'm not homeless and me and my kids keep food so...BUT lol materially speaking if i could dress like audrey hepburn every once in awhile i think would be cool lol

I'm honestly okay without and I don't consider myself all that materialistic a person. The cast majority of my income that's not spent on basic needs goes towards experiences, not things. I just adore fashion so much. I like pretty things. I like being dressed IN pretty things.

And, my gosh, on a material level: those pinstriped gloves that matched the suit worn by the villain in "Ultraviolet."
