ZombieKitten said: sinisterpentatonic said: looks similar though a lil bit. this is what it really is: The Pleiades (M45), also known as the "Seven Sisters" (and "Subaru" in Japan), is the brightest open cluster of stars in the sky. It is located in the constellation Taurus. Six of the stars in the Pleiades are visible without a telescope. Roughly 500 stars belong to the Pleiades star cluster; most of these are faint. A reflection nebula surrounds the stars.

Thanks. I can barely believe my luck that I did my first ever full system backup onto a separate harddrive only a week or so before my computer had its complete meltdown. Still though, it totally sucks ass to not be able to access a damn thing, and if the computer indeed stays dead, replacing it is going to be the final nail in my financial situation's coffin. .

I'm not very computer-savvy so I was planning to manually transfer the most important files onto a separate harddrive, but then I realized my Norton Antivirus comes with something called Norton Ghost which apparently backups the whole computer. Since my Norton Ghost is on my crashed computer I don't know how to access the backup files though. I hate technology.

It's good to start over on your computer. It's like having a brand new computer that doesn't suck!
