I had em for a couple years. But when they took them off they gave me a top and bottom retainer I was supposed to wear for the following few years. I lost my bottom retainer, and never bothered to get a new one, so my bottom teeth shifted slightly. Actually I don't mind it, because it looks more like I have naturally straight teeth. Some people's teeth get too straight with braces, that when they come off it looks like they have dentures. | |
