I just got this as a gift and I love it! I chose Sirius based on it had more talk radio stations and it has the "Hair Nation" channel which brings me back about 17 years and it offered Eminem's station. The other nice thing about Sirius is that you can listen to it from your computer for free while XM charges you a fee to do that. Also, they charged the same monthly rate from what I was told. The receiver I chose was this little guy:

The nice thing about this receiver is that it not only is compact and looks good but it works with the boombox that they offer so you can take it on the go and listen to it. It was inexpensive, I think it was like $80 at Sam's Club (Walmart has it, too, I'd imagine), easy to install (it took him like 20 minutes to install it and that included running it under my carpet) and included the car kit for installation. The boombox only set me back $120.00.

The website above compares the two. Maybe that will help.

Howard Stern any good? I'd buy it for that. Do they sell the boom box at Costco too?
