Org World Domination

Okay, I'm pretty bored so I thought it would be fun to see how many countries in the world the org collective has been to. As long as you've spent at least one night there and it is not the country you were born in, it counts. I will update the list as you post, and include the number of people that have been to each country within parenthesis.

If there are any computer savvy people out there that could produce a world map and colour the countries red or something, then that would be really cool.

Europe
Sweden (1)
Norway (3)
Finland (3)
Denmark (3)
UK (6)
Germany (8)
Holland (6)
Belgium (4)
France (12)
Spain (7)

Yes, the UK is a country. From Wikipedia:

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (usually shortened to the United Kingdom or the UK) is a country and sovereign state occupying most of the British Isles off the northwest coast of mainland Europe.

However, Hong Kong is not. wink

Wiki is only telling half the story though. Technically it's correct, the UK is a country, but only politically. In all other aspects of life, and more importantly in the opinion of everybody living in them, England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland are separate countries. That's why it's England v Sweden today, and not UK v Sweden.

Anyway, aside from Ireland (Republic of), where I was born, I've been to :

Northern Ireland
Scotland
Wales
England
France
Belgium
Czech Republic
Poland
Netherlands
Spain
Portugal
Italy
Vatican City
Norway
Sweden
Finland
Denmark
Germany
Switzerland
Austria
USA

Luv4U - I've been all over Europe but never to Luxemburg or Lichtenstein. Did you intentionally seek out the smallest European countries you could find, or what? lol And what is it like in Lichtenstein?

Predominant - So you've been to Ecuador, eh? Maybe you could call Sven and give him some tips on how to find their weaknesses. wink

Apparently France is the most popular destination with 8 orgers having been there, followed by Italy, Germany and the US with 6 and then a whole bunch of smaller European countries plus Canada on 5. hmmm

Seeing as we're being pedantic - you haven't added Vatican City which is on my list. And yes, it is a country.
