Engrish!

I just love how the Japanese treat the English language. For example, I found this at my local supermarket:

Not only is it almost called "Bastard" and not only do they mess up the grammar in the first sentence below the title, but the bread is also "burned to a crisp with all our heart". falloff

Sometimes I wonder why these big companies don't bother to spend even one cent on a language consultant....or maybe that's exactly what he was paid, and gave them the quality they deserved.

Feel free to post any other examples of Engrish. Even if you just stole them from another website. smile

Notice how the packaging is supposed to be sort of "French" too.

Attention: To hot up with water, when first use.

Sucking effects derived out of vacuum absorption, applicable for hanging on all smooth surfaces.

Moisture-resistant, wear-free, dismountable anytime for positional adjustment anew.

No damaging effects to the wall surface, pleasing to the view, free of effects detrimental to the wall as would with the use of steel nail, other sucking means.

IMPORTANT:
1. If preheated with hot water before application to the surface, the sucking strength will increase more than double.

2. Where it is needed to hang very heavy objects, the suckers can be laid levelwise in a line to serve the purpose.

3. If the sucker is distorted, Use hot water, soon be in order.

I love those "tongue cleaner"-things (whatever they are called) they have in Japan.
