the article didn't address anything that most people don't know already. not to belittle anyone going through whatever they go through (and some cases are very legitimate); but i get sick and tired of hearing stories or research done on teens. i think the biggest problem is that people (media, etc..) focus too much on teens. everything is catered to them. the reason so many are fucked up is not because of this made up "pressure to be a teen" but more so because they are spoiled rotten. everyone at any age has something about their appearance they feel is not "perfect". yes..we can blame media of course, but i put the blame on parents. that's what happens when you let society raise your children.
