Yeah, it can really mess with your head, both of them. But it's cool (maybe) that you and your partner can talk about these issues the way my wife and I can. Communication really is the key. A jealous, insecure woman wouldn't be cool with her man telling her about another woman that he jonesing for, or vise versa, but we know who we are and trust each other. So it's all good.
