I think today was the proudest day of my life Today, I watched my first born child walk across the stage at his high school graduation. I sat and thought back to when he was a D and F student and marveled at the member of the National Honor Society he is today. I reminisced on how he's been picked on and how he's dodged gangs and the temptation of drugs to earn a spot on that stage today. I am so proud of him for his patience with me at the ten years of his life it took for me to get my act together.
I am honored to be his mother and so proud to know him as a human being. Congratulations Dorian. | |
