lol That's an exaggeration mate. It's more like 5 weddings, 2 engagements and 3 stag doo's.

Even so! Thats still a lot!

It's usually a standard every summer to have about 3~4 weddings. Funny thing is that they're all mainly family and relatives so it's all about showing up for respect and face. However this year they're all friends omfg

My boys are all losing their wickets, one by one sad

I dont look forward to weddings, and I doubt very much ill be going to one in the next few years. I only said it because a lot of people will be going to, or having, weddings this summer.

Oh, and yes, the groom generally looks forward to the wedding nod

I already passed on one cousin's wedding a month ago. Two more this summer that I will be passing on. Can't bring myself to go. I don't support marriage and family get togethers in general are annoying. I always get interrogated in some way and i have to pretend to be enjoying myself.

That was us last year...

A little calmer this summer; there's just a couple. But my daughter has been asked to be a flower girl... for the second time in her life! She's only 3 years old!

lol

(Oh, I'm matron of honor this time too. I've managed to escape bridesmaid duty up until now...)

I don't enjoy it even when i have had girlfriends. I keep them away from the get togethers. It would just make things worse.

I use to love the summertime, so now I am just confused, as to what I look forward to in summertime, is its end. Please keep in mind we are about a week away from summertime, but I have been having 110 degrees and sunny all last month. Summertime, is unrelenting heat, sunshine to burn out your eyeballs, and cooking.

Mind you, I get two normal summertime weather paterns but here they are called sping and fall.
