I like liver and kidney in theory, although I almost never eat either.
Lung is okay as long as it's part of Haggis (which I absolutely love) 
Otherwise, lung is NOT on the menu.  Neither is heart, anus or intestine. | |

personally, I won't touch them England, & yep - all sorts of pies. Poor People Pies Steak & Kidney Chicken & Mushroom Beef & Onion Meat & Potato (there's that 'Meat' again.  )
Chees & Onion Middle Class Pies Chicken & Vegetable Quorn and Potato La-de-dah and Asparagus Then there are others which are called pies but aren't really the same, like Pork Pies and Lemon Meringue Pie.
