I love watching this channel, not just for Emeril Lagasse (BAM!), but also for their "Unwrapped" series, in which they talk about different types of popular candies and how they are made. They currently are talking about toppings, and I'm sitting here with my mouth positively watering! I love food!

alton brown is the greatest. he just doesn't cook very good food. that's ok, his show isn't about that. rachel ray, on the other hand, needs new recipes.
