I was exactly the same. Sexy was the last thing I thought I was. At that point I only thought of my body as utilitarian (and for months after the birth). Even sex felt wrong to me so I abstained during my pregnancy.

But I gotta tell you, so many guys think pregnant chicks are hot. I was hit on a lot when I had my big belly.

The "pregnant mom's glow" thing is a myth. My buddies wife got all swollen, her face broke out, you could show a movie on her ass. It was not pretty. And i have seen the same in many other pregnant women.
