who remembers unrated horror films in the movies? you know the good stuff from the late 70's and 80's, that you had to 18 to get in to see, but everybody was like 14 years old--not that lame R rated stuff like Friday the 13th, but the cheezy, gory movies:

i remember watching the cheesy schlocky horror movies on our local tv station's late night horror movie show, "sammy terry". if it had fake tempera paint blood in it, sammy would show it. | |

One of the stations around here had "Horror, Incorporated" on during Saturday afternoons where they had classic horror movies. That would have been early to mid 70s. | |

In The Dayton Ohio Area they had this Dr.Creep guy, who hosted that saturday horror movie. Being IN Dayton he was actually popular and a local celebrity.
