Mach

which gas stations have the cheapest prices

Just enter your zip code in the site below, and it tells you which gas stations have the cheapest prices (and the highest) on gas in your zip code area. It's updated every evening.

which gas stations have the cheapest prices

That's an easy question to answer - the ones in the United States.

While I'm paying €1.15 per litre = $1.46 = $5.52 per US Gallon. And that's cheap compared to the UK where they are currently 'enjoying' an average price of 94.8p per litre (which works out at $6.67 per US Gallon eek ).

Not that I'm whining about it or anything. biggrin

Hey, that was cool Mach.
I found a station near my Mom's house that is only $2.53. The others are $2.99 and $3.03. A little better than last week. biggrin
This will save us a drive to the res.

It's been said before, we have to drive here to get anywhere, except maybe NYC. We have very poor public transportation and its getting worse all the time.
When Iwas in NYC, I never drove, most people don't drive. Here, you can't get a bus to go anywhere except downtown, and they're not on schedule. Taxis are hella expensive and there is nothing else.Everything is all sprawled out, can't walk to everything. sad

When you live in suburban America, or even in the smaller cities, there is no alternative to driving long distances for work, food, doctors and hospitals,I'm not saying it hurts our budgets harder than other countries, just that the government is slowly taking our choices of transportation away from us. When I was in Europe, I rode public transportation everywhere and it was very convenient. Here, you don't have the choice. We have to pay the going rate for gas or not go anywhere at all.I'm moving back to NY when my obligations here are taken care of.

i hear you, but i think the truth is, is that Americans had better start
getting used to paying the correct price for the resources they are using,
just like the rest of the world does.

the increase in prices is evident of the increase in demand through out
the world as other countries begin to demand their fare share of resources.

I agree with you too. It's so frustrating that the technology has been around for years and they haven't used it.The big problem is the big oil people are our big politicians and they're the money behind the governments. They're going to wring everything out of us they can.
On the bright side, they're building an ethanol manufacturing plant near us that is going to process tons of New York state corn into fuel. cool But we need more options that's for sure.
