I don't know if he truly believes everything he says around here, or if he lays it on a little thick just to antagonize some of the posters. I know a number of you guys literally CAN'T STAND him, but myself, to agree with JustErin, find it entertaining and thought provoking at least.

i am often times more amazed at the reactions he gets then the things he writes

and often times those reactions seem more absurd then his comments

it's been like a fun TV show...

You hit it dead on. The violent reactions he gets usually violate the site rules and are way too harsh. That said, he does seem to thrive off of it.

The reactions to Spats have shocked me more than anything Spats ever wrote. I've never seen him attack anyone here so he's cool in my book.
