I'm parched! It's been hot as a MOTHERFUCKER here today and I have no appetite. All I want to do is guzzle ice-cold drinks.
Do you lose your appetite when it's really hot? If so, do you know any tricks to regain it? | |

i usually just dig on not eating and i make sure to take my vitamins, and i ride it out by drinking protein drinks every now and then until i get hungry again, then i pig out.
but i'm guessing that's not the best solution.  | |

the heat is good for making dinner for work the next day, because i'm not tempted to eat in my little hotbox of an apartment, and then when i'm starved to death at my climate controlled office the next day, fatty can eat all his lunch. | |
