I read about this technique in a John Macdonald book...
Close your eyes..imagine a black circle in between your eyes...try to keep that black circle completely black..no lights, no thoughts no images in the black circle... It usually works within a few minutes Another technique taken from some books by Andrew Vacchss is to focus on a red circle on the wall opposite you..feel yourself being drawn into the red circle.. | |
